CAUTION: Jeffrey Dean McDaniel is wanted in Placer County, California, for his alleged repeated sexual contact with a minor female relative. The girl was thirteen years old at the time of the abuse. In September of 1998, McDaniel left the area with the girl and her whereabouts remained unknown until she was located in Mexico in September of 2000. According to the girl, McDaniel had traveled with her throughout California and Nevada before ending up in Mexico. McDaniel continued to sexually assault the girl, which resulted in a pregnancy. McDaniel's whereabouts remain unknown. On February 28, 2001, an arrest warrant was issued for McDaniel after he was charged with child custody deprivation. A federal arrest warrant was issued in May of 2001, and McDaniel was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

CAUTION Christopher David Cobb is wanted in Alabama for allegedly being in possession of child pornography. It is alleged that pornographic images were being shared via the Internet from an Internet account located at Cobb's residence in Moundville, Alabama. In June of 2009, images of child pornography were found on computers allegedly owned and used by Cobb. On December 1, 2009, a Federal Grand Jury for the United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama, Western Division, indicted Cobb for two counts of possession of child pornography. However, Cobb failed to appear in court on a Notice to Appear, and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest on December 15, 2009.

Remarks: The suspect was described as being clean-shaven and well-groomed. He wore a black watch with a square face on his right wrist and possibly spoke with a "local" accent. He had a band-aid on his left hand, and his left hand had blood on it at the time.

THE DETAILS SURROUNDING THE CRIME

On the morning of January 6, 2009, the female owner of a nail salon in Cranston, Rhode Island, was at her place of business when a White male wearing a ski-type mask and gloves entered the business through the rear door. The suspect forced the victim to the ground and put a wet cloth over her nose and mouth which caused her to lose consciousness. The victim awoke in a van or minivan being driven by the suspect. A large plastic storage-type container with a lid was in the vehicle. While the vehicle was moving, the victim attempted to alert others of her predicament, but was stopped by the suspect.

Approximately two hours after the kidnapping occurred, the suspect pulled into a parking garage in Braintree, Massachusetts, drove to the top level of the garage, and told the victim to get out of the vehicle. The suspect then left.

THE DETAILS SURROUNDING THE CRIME: Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of this unknown suspect. On September 28, 2006, a federal grand jury in a United States District Court indicted this individual for knowingly distributing or aiding in the distribution of visual depictions, via interstate commerce, of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Images of this person abusing a young girl were found in a video on the Internet in May of 2005. The individual is described as a White male, approximately 180 to 200 pounds, with brown hair. He has a dark circular mark on his right forearm (Shown Left).

The current whereabouts of this individual are unknown.

THE DETAILS SURROUNDING THE CRIME: Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of this unknown suspect. On February 19, 2009, a federal grand jury in a United States District Court indicted this individual for transportation of child pornography in interstate and foreign commerce by means of computer and aiding and abetting.

The individual is described as a White male, approximately 210 to 250 pounds, with curly brown hair. The current whereabouts of this individual are unknown.

This reportedly is an audiotape of John Doe #17 talking to an unknown victim. "That way we can see how the suit needs to fit you. See, if we take-if he takes those pictures [background voice] then he can see what the suit needs to look like. [Background noise] All right, let me put it over your head and you can put your arm... Now, remember this is his... Looks like it will be nice and cool in the summertime, though. No, I didn't say we could go swimming. Swimming is-it's too cold out. Well, more than I want to pay for it right now. I think that part goes in the front. I think it's shorter than the other side, I think it goes in the front. [Background noise] Take 'em off your feet and turn 'em around. Try that and see how it works."

CAUTION: Jack Allen Poteat is wanted for his alleged involvement in sexual activities with a 13-year-old girl in Monroe, North Carolina, in March of 1999. Poteat was arrested and released on bond. Poteat was indicted by the Superior Court, State of North Carolina, County of Union on June 5, 1999, for first degree statutory rape, first degree statutory sex offense, indecent liberties with a minor, and crime against nature. Poteat failed to appear for his jury trial on October 19, 1999, and a local warrant was issued for his arrest. A federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Western District of North Carolina, on July 7, 2000, after Poteat was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

He has the following tattoos: Upper left arm: A skeleton wearing a sombrero holding a knife in one hand and a gun in the other. He also has a demon that looks like Chavez and little ghosts. Left lower arm: A burning cross with the words "Art Butron never forgotten" and a Chinese symbol that means love. He also has a woman with devil horns and angel wings. Back: An entire back piece that was not completed. It was a collage of demon faces and clown faces with "Chavez" at the top mixed in with the picture. Most of the faces were only outlined at the time he fled. Right lower leg: A scorpion with an "M" in it. Lower right wrist: The symbol for the zodiac sign Scorpio. It looks like a tribal M. Neck: Possibly the name "Marisa".

Remarks: Chavez may have fled to Mexico. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and is able to translate between the two languages.

CAUTION: Michael Joseph Chavez is wanted on multiple counts of sexual molestation for the abuse of two minor female relatives in California. Chavez is alleged to have assaulted the girls while they were between the ages of eight and ten. After Chavez determined that he was under investigation by the Sacramento County Sheriffs Office, he fled Sacramento County. After a local arrest warrant was issued and Chavez was charged with sexual assault of a minor, a federal arrest warrant was obtained for Chavez in the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, Sacramento, California, on April 2, 2008, and he was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
