On September 25, 1987, an arrest warrant was issued for Jorge Adan Wehby, Jr., in the Allen City Court, Fort Wayne, Indiana, for five counts of child molesting. Additionally, on June 16, 1988, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Northern District of Indiana, after Wehby was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
