CAUTION
Charles Andrew Kingery is wanted in connection with the rape and sexual abuse of a young girl while she was between the ages of 3 and 16. The abuse occurred in Baltimore County, Maryland, and was investigated by authorities in December of 2007. On October 28, 2008, Kingery was convicted of second degree rape and sexual child abuse in the Baltimore County Circuit Court. On February 2, 2009, Kingery failed to appear in court for sentencing and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. On June 22, 2009, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Kingery by the United States District Court in Baltimore, Maryland, and he was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
